Who is Zybler for?
Owners of small trades businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. We are starting in Rockledge, Melbourne, and Viera, Florida.
What happens when someone emails me or uses my form?
Zybler replies right away, in plain language, and saves the lead. You get an email so you can follow up when your hands are free.
How do missed calls work?
On the Premium plan, you forward missed calls to a Zybler number. We answer with a greeting in your business's name, record the voicemail, write it out, and email the recording and the transcript to you.
Do you talk to the caller live?
Not today. Premium takes a voicemail. A receptionist that answers calls live is part of Ultimate, and that plan is not ready yet. You can join the waitlist.
Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter covers email and website-form leads, a lead log, and email alerts, up to 25 leads a month. It does not include the missed-call number.
Will you text my customers?
Missed-call text-back is coming soon on Premium. This website does not text anyone, and the texting program is not for ads. When texts are on, people can reply STOP to opt out.
Are calls recorded?
On Premium, yes. Florida law requires everyone on a call to agree before it is recorded. The greeting says the call may be recorded before the voicemail starts.
Do I need to change how customers reach me?
No. Keep your phone number, your email, and the form you already have. On Premium, your phone company forwards the calls you miss. You set that up, and you can turn it off.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel a paid plan. The account stays on until the end of the current billing period, then it turns off. Fees already paid, including a setup fee, are not refunded. Email hello@zybler.com if you need a hand.
Do you sell my customers' information?
No. We do not sell personal information. If someone contacts your business, their message goes to you. We use it to run Zybler, not to pitch our own product to them.
